"The room I got was kind claustrophobic , clean. The breakfast I would recommend getting somewhere else, my coffee was cold, I order pancakes and never got delivered to me. I just went out to a restaurant and got a fresh warm cappuccino. Overall i won’t stay at the property or brand again."

"Our favorite in Florence. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We went to Cortona for a week and bookended our stay at Bernini. The staff arranged for us to pick up and drop off a rental car at the hotel, made everything super easy. Can’t say enough great things. "

"DO NOT COME HERE! If you are planning on visiting Florence bite the bullet and pay to stay closer. The rooms were dirty with hair and stains on the beds. The staff was not helpful at all. There was also used floss in the bathroom. Send help."

"Fantastic location for everything whilst not being in the middle of it all. The staff were all lovely and everything super clean. Only issue was the aircon didn't work and we couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitoes (discovered this after the first night with it open - didn’t make that mistake again!). It’s quite an unusual interior with a tiny lift and lots of stairs so just be aware of that - it didn’t bother us though, we loved the charm. "
