"This is a family owned and run hotel with wonderfully hospitable and friendly staff and owners. The owners are there all the time to greet and serve hotel guests. The room was very clean and comfortable and we had a great view from our window. The San Lucchese restaurant is 5 star ! Very good food, wines and service! We love seated outside on its patio with beautiful views of the vineyards from our high hilltop location. The hotel is very well located and we can get to many different attractions in the region within 15-25 minutes drive. We loved it so much that we extended our stay longer. Definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a secluded gem away from crowds and stress."

"Simone is a joyful host and amazingly friendly. We loved staying at his B&B. Breakfast was true family style with fellow lodgers and with excellent quality ingredients. Nice to have an indoor parking area along with close street parking, and we enjoyed the availability of the kitchen area in the evenings. We appreciated his flexibility regarding check in time. We would love to go back!"

"Had a wonderful stay at this little gem. Beautiful self catering apartments with views over the Tuscan hills to San Gimignano. Very clean and inviting pool. Karen was very helpful because I didn’t have a car so she took me to the bus stop numerous times as there are no shops or restaurants near by. Very relaxing calm place to visit."

"This apartment and property were nothing like the description. The apartment furniture is at least 30 years old and extremely uncomfortable. After 5 days without hot water we had to move to another villa. The poo waterl was not safe to swim in "

"Rented the property for a birthday celebration, it was great! There were anywhere from 10 to 14 people every day, there is plenty of room for all of us. The pool was fantastic. We were able to spend time together, but had privacy if we wanted it the property manager and owners were extremely responsive to all questions and requests. It was the perfect location in Tuscany thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Thank you so much!!"
