"This is a very special hotel. The staff are so friendly and accommodating. I was traveling solo and they made sure that I was taken care of at all times. They always remembering who I was without me saying anything. My room was small but perfect for just me. It was clean and had everything. The location could not have been better. You are in the middle of all the things so no matter where you are heading it is an easy walk. I would stay here again when traveling back to Florence. "
