"Overall, the stay was decent, but for the price, the Executive Class King room was not nearly as extravagant as expected. The room itself was also smaller than anticipated. The elevators felt quite dated, and the check-in wait was over 10 minutes, which wasn’t a great first impression. The pool and hot tub area were also very dated and smaller than expected. The restaurant was disappointing as well — overpriced for the portion sizes served. Another downside was how thin the windows seemed to be, as downtown traffic noise was very noticeable throughout the night. On the positive side, the valet service was fantastic and easily one of the highlights of the experience. The staff handling valet were professional, quick, and very friendly."

"Room was fantastic, they gave us a free upgrade. Friendly staff. Great location. Only downside is, if you are checking in late, you may have to wait 15/20 minutes due to there system."

"The kitchen did not have any soap for dishes, no paper towel. The floor was dusty and the tv in the room was not working. I was disappointed, but apart from that it was good. But these are important things to have."

"The pictures make it look as if the whole hotel is renovated. It is just some aspects of the hotel which are. This review was tough because there are some aspects of the hotel and visit that were as expected and there are others that were not. For the high rating this hotel received we were disappointed. The bed was comfortable but the pull out couch was very old and uncomfortable so we didn’t end up using it which is challenging for a family of four. The manager on duty was nice, but the check-in was not efficient and it seemed like there wasn’t enough staff at times. "

"Towels are thin, breakfast has only yogurt for protein, Parking is an uncomfortable and confusing distance away. The TV controls and channel access were not intuitive. Everything was squeaky clean, the staff could not have been more helpful and accommodating. There is a great game/rec room and a study/quiet area that we only found on our way out. Bedding was clean and comfortable. Our room was quiet and we had three consecutive great nights' sleep."
