"Loved the beautiful room and the attentive staff, the location is close to the Monticontini Centrale train and the town center . Did not use the pool but the area looked wonderful . FYI they charge a small fee to use pool towels . Breakfast was good , large selection of hot and cold foods."

"Hello, I’m contacting Expedia because I need assistance resolving an issue with my recent reservation. My reservation was for September 24–27 for 2 guests. I arrived at approximately 2:00 AM on September 25 and had an issue with parking/check-in. I showed the staff member my Expedia confirmation on my phone, which clearly showed the reservation information, including that it was for 2 guests. I asked the staff member where I was supposed to park, but I was not properly assisted. There was an...

"The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the pool was limited but decent and the breakfast was good."

"The bathroom sink smelled when we opened the water. It was very disgusting washing up. At night we smelled food and sewer in all the bathroom. It needs major renovations"

"Schon die Ankunft war mehr als schwierig. Kein Parkplatz.

"Really nice room and balcony! Only issue was that the double bed was two singles together so there was a gap in between the two which wasn’t the most comfortable"

"Very rude staff, the hotel is run down, deferred maintenance abounds. Over grown lawn around the pool, terrible breakfast selections , split beds sure to wreck your back. Super small elevator, the pool pump runs 24/7 and sounds like a jet engine, you can hear people above you, Ice is hard to get from the condescending help, argumentative about returning glass that was used in the hotel. They charge guests staying at the hotel for pool towels daily fees. I stayed here 5 nights and regretted...

"Front desk stuff are polite and helpful. Some of the waiters at the breakfast were unpleasant and made you feel like they want you out of there. The place on the pictures looks very nice. But in reality, it is not where it is. That looks very old. I need a lot of uplifting to freshen up."

"Great location, beautiful hotel, delicious restaurant indoor and outdoor, very enjoyable spa with pools."
