It's ok.
The service was great. They were very helpful in getting me around town.The hotel is not the best, but it is not the worst. If you plan on staying at the hotel all the time then this place is not for you. If you just need to a place to lay your head and shower then this is ok. The main problem is this place is out of the way so most taxi drivers have no idea where this place is and you pretty much have to tell them. Overall, if you are looking for cheap then this is the place but if you want something more elaborate then choose something else.

I had to stay in Jamaica one extra night due to my first flight getting delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight. I had 2 kids with me and we had been at the airport all day so at this point I’m looking for something fast, close, and decent. Firstly only the front of the house looked liked the pics. All the furniture was worn down, old, there where sheets hanging on the second floor so you couldn’t see in.the bedroom I stayed was on the roof, it was clean, WiFi, air conditioner working. No water or anything, no phone or way to reach staff, I was not oriented to the facility whatsoever. I was there from 6pm to to 11 am the next day. The whole time no one came to see If i needed anything. I woke up to about 100 little ants crawling everyone my room, thank goodness I didn’t open my luggage. I was about to look for staff but I saw a broom and started sweeping them out myself and covered the bottom of the door with a towel to stop them from coming back in. There’s no food on site, it’s in a very run down neighborhood, it’s says they offer free one way airport transfer. Which they told me is not true. I do not recommend going there unless you absolutely have no other choice and no matter what read reviews. I was being fast and the kids were tired so I picked without reading any. Even when I was leaving a guy carried my bags down but the lady who runs it never came down to ask how was my stay but I could hear her through the sheets on the second floor talking to the guy.

My stay was awesome. The property has recently done some renovations. My high point were the view..overlooking the ocean and city, the owners and staff they were very courteous and polite and also my room it's was clean and the ac was on and my room was cool for my arrival. The bedding is of any high priced hotel all whites even down to the duvet...it was comfortable. I found my experience quite great for the price I paid. This was my last night in Jamaica and this place is super close to the airport.

Very unprofessional “hotel.” It took forever to be checked in. The staff was too busy to cook the meals that were advertised. Family all over premises and small children making noise throughout the halls in the morning and evening. Doorknob of bathroom in terrible condition. So called free shuttle wasn’t free at all. No designated driver for shuttle service. Always felt like it was an inconvenience to get a ride somewhere since it was the owner making all of the trips. I felt like everything I asked for was a favor. I was moved to another location at the last minute. Just a very inconvenient and unprofessional experience overall. I would definitely not be recommending this place to anyone nor will I ever book here again.
