Stained here at the end of an eight day trip around Italy. This hotel was head and shoulders above the others I visited, it is a boutique hotel of seven rooms. Our room was a suite. It was bigger than many apartments, with a large living room with daybed, a beautiful master bathroom with jetted tub and separate shower with jets overhead as well as side jets, ample closet storage, fridge, and safe. we stayed for 4 nights and used Seina as our base for our first visit to Tuscany. The owners were very helpful. They provided maps and information on all the local sights, plus some history of the town. One night we asked them to make dinner reservations and they had to call over 10 places due to a busy night. This small property exceeded our expectations! The staff was so accommodating and gracious! The room was impeccably clean and the view from the terrace was breathtaking! We would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Siena!

Great central location, just 5 mins from Duomo and Piazza del Campo. Groceries nearby. Finding the free parking was tricky and access v tight, but worked well and seemed safe. We didn't dare drive into ZTL (though it would have been free access) so a 15 min walk up steep cobbled streets with roller bag). We overcame and had a great time. I LOVED THIS PROPERTY! I had a great little room in a wonderful neighborhood convenient to the Cathedral and central Siena. It was a ground floor room in a 3 bedroom apartment. I never meet the others staying in the apartment but saw their rooms after the checked out while they were being cleaned. All three rooms were nice. Just a phenomenal place to stay. Great breakfast options in the morning, friendly and helpful staff and the grounds were amazing to walk around. Perfect if you are looking to visit the neighboring villages in Tuscany

We found the facility, very clean and the manager was very understanding and nice. A very nice asdortment of foods for breakfast was available. Would highly recommend this charming accomodation.
