"The cost of accommodation in Zermatt is staggering. Value is something you have to let go. Having said that, this hotel was my favourite stay during my two weeks in 🇨🇭. The breakfast was outstanding, our room had two separate bedrooms so everyone slept well. The spa (pool, hot tub, saunas) were lovely and the location was only 200 meters from the train station and very close to the Main Street. We had a view of the Matterhorn from our room."

"The hotel staff were welcoming, and made dinner and cab reservations for us. The hotel has a lovely Swiss vibe, and we had a clear view of the Matterhorn from our room. Had a terrific experience at this hotel."

"Was given an upgrade to our room. Such a nice view. So clean. The staff was extremely informative and went beyond any expectations we had. Breakfast was tasty and so many choices. Highly recommend this hotel!!!"

"Fantastic stay at the Jägerhof - comfortable room with balcony that had a direct view of the Matterhorn [which we could see out the window from our bed!] Great shower and breakfast [fresh bread was delicious]. Their own electric transport collected us from the station and returned us back there - although it is not far to walk [15mins] and super restaurants can be found in 5-10 min walk. You do not need the car as all activities, shops and restaurants are walkable - which was fantastic. We lived our stay here and would definitely recommend."

"Didn't have sign where to go for breakfast as we went down stairs for breakfast and it was closed. Good thing there is a lady there and she told us to go to Simi hotel."
