Austin was a great host: friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable! His facility is extremely well maintained and his waffles alone are worth the trip! We'll be back!

The parking was really rough. The gravel lot was full, and the valet was unavailable for about forty minutes. That was the only negative about this hotel. Once settled, the facility is stunning and the staff is very professional. Large, well equipped rooms with wonderful multi-head shower and heated Toto toilet! Great dining and good cocktails.

Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!

This B&B is located on a 10 acre farm in a pleasant residential area. It is roughly two miles from down town Saratoga Springs. The owners are two women, former chefs, who go out of their way to meet your food preferences and who provide you with an unforgettable breakfast experience. The structure is well maintained, clean and homie. This by far is one of the nicest B&B my girl friend and I have been too. My only one criticism is that I felt that they could have served a better quality of coffee...

Mike was a great host and made a great breakfast. Covid protocols were followed carefully which was important to us. Great stay!

This was quite an experience. The room was well laid out, comfortable and quiet. The breakfast was phenomenal and the evening cocktail hour was a nice touch, both of which were included. Will stay at Embassy Suites again for sure.

Second year in a row excellent service, nice staff!!

Our family stayed in multiple rooms for 2 nights in April during spring break so we could visit the National Baseball Hall of Fame. The hotel was one week new and in a great location. The staff was friendly, helpful and on point. They really did a great job with the guests. The pool is an average size, nice, heated, and there is an outdoor space as well. For anyone who walks daily, there is a nice space around the hotel along the creek. They have a daily continental breakfast that worked out...

It was a real treat to stay at the Balsam Inn! The Inn is off the beaten path like I wanted and very very quite. Jenny is a warm welcoming host. She even upgraded my room just because it was available. The room itself was beautiful! It felt like I was a guest in someones Adirondack mountain home. Incredibly beautiful place with tons of history that has been lovingly restored to its former glory. We stayed in Catharines room. Huge poster bed. Spotless bathroom. Staff couldn't be nicer. Breakfast is outstanding. Highly recommend if you are in saratoga.
