The home includes two updated full bathrooms with plush towels and toiletries, meticulously cleaned and inspected to the highest standards using a white glove service for your safety and comfort.

The kitchen is a chef’s delight, featuring sleek stainless steel appliances and plenty of space for culinary creativity. The dining area can accommodate up to 12 guests (additional fee applies with prior approval), perfect for memorable meals with family and friends.

**Rental Agreement: We’re excited to host you! Before confirming your booking, please be aware that guests are required to sign a separate rental agreement as part of the booking process. This agreement outlines important details about your stay, including house rules, check-in/check-out procedures, and other essential information.

**Early Check-In & Late Check-Out: Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability. When available, the fee is **$20 per hour**, with a one-hour minimum. Please reach out as soon as possible if you’d like to request an extension.

**Security & Monitoring: For the safety and security of our guests and the property, motion-activated cameras are installed in **exterior areas only**. These cameras record audio and video and monitor entrances and outdoor areas.

**Noise Monitoring: We use a noise monitoring device inside the property. This device **does not record audio or video** and is used only to help ensure noise levels remain respectful for neighbors.

**Age Requirement: The primary booking guest must be at least **25 years old** for this single-family home.

**Primary Guest Presence: The primary booking guest must be present for the entire duration of the stay and is responsible for all guests, visitors, and compliance with house rules.

**Age Misrepresentation: Reservations made by guests who do not meet the minimum age requirement may be canceled before check-in or during the stay, without refund, if the age requirement is found to have been misrepresented.
