"Chambre avec un seul lit disponible. Espace commun disponible et confortable. Bon dimension de la salle du petit déjeuner."

"Bonjour, Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de l'hôtel tour près du Château Frontenac, du Petit Champlain et des restos. Chambre située au 20e étage, vue sur le Château Frontenac, lit confortable, un peu de rangement mais pratique. Femme de ménage, gentille, polie. souriante. Cependant, pas de barre de savon donc savon distributeur liquide et de qualité moindre. Shampoo et conditionner distributrice devrait faire place à l'amélioration, meilleure qualité et pourquoi pas encourager les produits québécois. Salle de bain propre mais aurait besoin d'être rafraichie et finalement tapis dans le corridor, pas trop hygiénique et à certains endroits tachés. Cependant lors de notre arrivée, bel accueil à la réception, Souriante, professionnelle. Malgré certaines remarques, je recommanderais cet hôtel."

"Chambre propre. Très grande chambre, mais nous avions le chambre adaptée pour chaise roulante (#451), donc assumée plus grande que les chambres standards. Piscine, bains et sauna très bien, bien que vieillissant (surtout sauna). Service de serviette (à la piscine) bien pratique et facilitant. Belle expérience"
