"Very thin walls could hear a child crying all night. There was a huge gap on my door. You could see clearly outside without opening the door."

"What irritated me the most was having to pay for parking. The garage is attached to the hotel and for guests. Why charge? I’ve stayed at luxury and hole in the wall hotels all over and this was one of the few that actually charge for parking. When you have your own garage? $260 for rosemont mid hotel should provide their guest a complimentary parking pass. Granted it’s was $24-30 but still. When I originally called to book they said it was included. Just a heads up otherwise staff was fantastic and hotel was super clean. "

"The property is under construction so ALL DAY there is power tool noise from two floors above my room and ZERO quiet to make calls or watch TV. Don’t stay here unless you are out of your room all day. It starts at 8 am and goes til 6 pm. The hotel should really do something for their guests to compensate for the disruption. You seriously can’t think and the noise is very nerve wracking to constantly have to listen to. Horrible stay "

"The hotel overall was quiet clean and well-appointed My problem came at the start of the trip when the shuttle bus drivers looked at my reservation and told me they did not go to this particular hotel I waited an additional 45 minutes until I was able to convince a driver that he was to take me to my hotel. Also I found out too late that the hotel could have provided me a brown bag breakfast since I was leaving so early in the morning to catch a flight and they did not offer it to me."
