"My only complaint is that the beautiful window shade in my room let too much light in and my sleep was terrible. I recommend a better shade or curtain."

"We have stayed here before and have always been very happy with our stay. The room was great, the bed was very comfortable and the brand of shampoos and lotions provided are great. The only frustrating thing was the booming music that came from the room above us as it lasted all evening until after midnight. This needs to be addressed. People don't care that they are disturbing other guests with their loud music. "

"Yes, the room was clean but in the hallway there was a terrible smell close to a specific room; it was a smell of decomposing trash. We stayed from April 28th thru May 9th."

"The stay was good, mostly UpToDate. The shower curtain we had, had a lot of holes in it, but the rest of the room was clean. They only have feather-down pillows, so you may want to bring your own for good support and rest! The food was ok too. Not a lot of options for the buffet choices, but still tasted good. The pool was a little colder then others we have been in, but the Hot Tub was Fantastic! The staff was very kind and helpful. "

"We had a wonderful stay in Chicago. The home was clean, spacious and well cared for. Kitchen is well equipped; we also appreciated the snacks provided to welcome us! Beds and sofas are very comfortable, allowing us to really relax during our stay. We had one mechanical issue, which the host addressed promptly and effectively, with good communication. We will definitely keep this home in mind for future visits to Chicago! "
