"We had a wonderful stay in Kitty Hawk! The location was perfect, just a short walk across the street to the ocean, which made beach days so easy and relaxing. It was also a great home base for exploring the area, with easy access to Duck, Corolla (including the wild horses), the Wright Brothers site, the Lost Colony, and the Elizabethan Gardens.The house itself was clean, comfortable, and very accommodating. The beds were cozy, and we especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub in the evenings after a full day out.Overall, a great place to stay, we’d definitely come back!"

"Could see the ocean from 2 of the 4 outside decks. The house was beautiful, clean and close to the beach. Being disabled with a hard time climbing stairs, the elevator was beyond helpful!!"

"The location is wonderful. You are on the beach with beautiful decks and seating areas. The beach is lovely, especially for walking. The house is nicely appointed. Very comfortable and spacious. We had a few questions that were answered promptly. We loved the proximity to local stores for groceries as we preferred to cook our meals and enjoyed them in the spacious dining room or outside on the many decks. We plan to return again! "

"The house was beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-appointed with everything we needed. We chose it because it was dog-friendly, and it was that and more. We were close to the beach and to lots of good spots in Kitty Hawk and Nags Head. The winter weather was mild so we were able to enjoy the screened porch and the hot tub. The showers were hot and the water pressure was around. Beds and bedrooms were comfortable. We cooked one night and had everything necessary to make a full meal. "

"I know it sounds cheesy but if I could give this place more than 5 stars I would! I booked this place for a NYE vacation with my fiancé and it was better than I could have imagined! The pictures don’t do the views justice. You truly are on the beach and the views of the pier are fantastic! One of the best parts of this trip though, was the hot tub. It was so cold out but the hot tub was absolutely perfect! We practically stayed in there all day. The house itself was very nice, and you can tell the host really cares about the space. The host, James, was also very responsive and made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us throughout the trip, with the hot tub even being serviced during our stay! Overall it was a wonderful experience and I definitely want to return!"

"We loved our stay over the Thanksgiving holiday long-weekend! We had a group of 8 ages 4-86 and we all loved this home so much! Host was super easy to contact/communicate with and this home had everything we could have needed in the kitchen to prepare Thanksgiving meal! We will definitely be back!"
