Sea view house w/ design pool close to beach

This house is wonderfully located about ten minutes walk from the pebble beach of Pozzo Pasulo with its crystal clear water, also suitable for families, on the Ionian coast of Salento. It offers a lovely sea view, a small private design swimming pool (size approx. 4.30 x 2.20 meters), ideal for cooling off while enjoying the sea view or the sunset over the sea, and a beautiful garden with a stone barbecue, while the four bedrooms can accommodate up to ten people. The house is therefore ideal for groups of friends or 1-2 families with children.

Two of the bedrooms are doubles (one with sea views), the third has two single beds and the fourth has a bunk bed. There are two bathrooms with showers. The heart of the house is the large living room with open kitchen, fireplace, TV and double sofa bed; the living room opens onto the shaded outdoor veranda, ideal for your al fresco dining. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven, gas stoves, fridge, crockery, cutlery, pots and everything you need to prepare your meals. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans, a washing machine and free WiFi with unlimited data.

You can park up to two cars on the property; the property is completely fenced.

In addition to your "home" beach, which can be reached on foot (see photos in the photo gallery), a few kilometres away there are numerous beautiful beaches of golden sand, including that of Pescoluse (where we particularly recommend the Cinque Vele bathing establishment, also suitable for families with little children). The nearest village is Torre Vado, where you will find numerous restaurants (e.g. Lido Venere, directly on the sea) and shops for your daily groceries. Also in Torre Vado it is possible to book boats or boat tours and to carry out numerous sporting activities, including water sports.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €24 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €100, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Dogs and pets are allowed (max 2 dogs or pets, surcharge €100 per dog/pet). You will need to inform us in advance.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €600 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,42 on 14/03/2025, when this text was last updated, but as prices are fluctuating a lot, your actual price per kWh will be communicated a few days before your arrival based on the current market price.

We decided not to include electricity costs in the rent in order to: a) keep our rental prices stable despite inflation and b) incentivate our guests to use electricity responsibly, helping us to reach our sustainability goals. Thank you for your understanding.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.
