Upgrades they need in the room I was in the shower surround needs to be replaced. The bed was too soft, the bottom fitted sheet is the wrong size for the mattress. It does not stay, smooth and sleek. I didn’t appreciate the nightly rate and felt it was exorbitant. I do understand it was graduation week. I would like to know if the rate would have been different had I booked directly with the hotel. The person who made my reservation used hotels.com. "

"Excellent location with ample parking. 20mins from Gilroy gardens and 10 minutes from outlet malls. Very clean property with nice indoor pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast option could have been better, but excellent otherwise."
