The room was very dirty. The bench top had not been wiped clean, the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed and there was still food in the microwave from the previous guests. The bathroom floor looked clean, but after wiping up excess water, turned the white towel black. There was no wifi password provided. I pre-booked...
