"They had no idea we had reservations for over 2wks and I confirmed it a week before we showed up. Then I showed the staff our reservations and they put us in the room that we reserved. "My husband and I recently stayed at Iririki for a week and were really impressed with all aspects of the resort. We stayed in an Island Fare and it was gorgeous - the views over the harbour from the verandah room were especially lovely. The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming to everyone and it was so nice to see them interacting with all the children. The food was a-maze-ing - really tasty and plentiful (I don't think we had an individual lunch all week). The amenities were great on the island and having the option of the boat transfer every few minutes gave you plenty of other options to go and do something else. Loved it all. My only niggle (and I really am splitting hairs) was that I didn't think they needed to clean the rooms every day - some days our room wasn't cleaned until 4pm which made it a little bit awkward."
