Minutes from Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor, this four-bedroom home boasts waterfront views of Kitteredge Brook inlet. Well-furnished for indoor and outdoor living, features include a brookside, wood-burning firepit, lounge deck, and patio equipped for al fresco with a gas grill and table seating. Enjoy a variety of wildlife viewing right from your own backyard with eagles, osprey, great blue herons, and crabs all common visitors. High tide may also bring the occasional seal-sighting!

The bright, updated interior is rich with contemporary comfort and plenty of space to spread out in comfort. On the main floor, enjoy time together with a spacious, semi-open layout. The front family room welcomes conversation and group gatherings with a cozy sofa and futon. The full kitchen comes equipped with all major appliances, including a new dishwasher, a cupboard pantry, and a farmhouse sink - ready to handle family-style meals with ease. the adjacent dining area offers table seating for eight.

Upstairs entertainment awaits in the game and living area. Challenge your guests to a few rounds of Ping-Pong or settle in for a movie on the flatscreen smart TV. A convenient kitchenette comes equipped with bar seating, a mid-size fridge, electric kettle, and water cooler.

Make the most of blue sky days with a backyard barbecue out on the patio or just head out to the deck to bask in the sun when it peeks its head out. As the sun starts to set, make your way down to the firepit for waterfront happy hour.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
