"The beds were very comfortable and it is a motel set up so you park by your door. absolutely wonderful breakfast. large selection of pastry, cereals and toast but the best was the fully automatic pancake maker that produced 2 hotcakes in one minute and a cappuccino, hot chöcolate machine! staff friendly and check in was efficient."

"The hotel has an excellent location. It is walking distance to Stanley Park and very easy access to public transportation. That though is the only positive thing I can say. The hotel was filthy. The room was not made with towels on the floor and beds and made. We told them, and an hour two later the room was made up. That was the only time the cleaning crew came into the room over our four nights stay. They did not make the beds change the linens or the towels. And the towels were so old that they were falling apart. The bathroom was old and dirty. There was dust caked on to the walls. There was a fire door at the top of the stairway with the sign that said for fire protection the door must be closed at all times. I think I saw it closed one time over the four night stay. I was sadly disappointed."
