"Stunning building, beautifully decorated. Great location, right on the high street. Well equipped room. Firm mattress (perfect for us) but pillows were quite hard. Breakfast service was slow, full English was tasty, but could have been hotter, good continental choices, but tea was really weak (1 teabag in a full teapot!! ) All in all, a lovely stay, staff were friendly & we would definitely stay again. "

"Execellent place to go relax and take in the beautiful Cotwolds. This hotel is just perfect for a weekend break or longer. The rooms are modern, clean with all amenities you would expect from a top hotel. Breafast was amazing and the amazing staff prepared eggs for breakfast as we like. Its located so close to great day vists and if nothingbelse just in the hotel and enjoy the pool and spa and relax at the bar. We'll definitely be back soon..a great big.thank you everyone at the hotel for making our stay PERFECT ! "

"Only an overnight stay but a very pleasant one. Room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Large car park with disabled parking close to Reception. Spacious restaurant with good food Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of food."

"Hotel was great. Perhaps needed more breakfast staff. Food was served cold ish. Guessing not enough staff on. Otherwise everyone was very polite. 3rd time of staying and we will be back next year."

"What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Overall excellent value for money. Good breakfast and the staff were really friendly. Slightly odd smell in some of the downstairs corridors - a bit like damp? The facilities were really good, loved the spa and the gym. Beautiful property. Lots of parking. Slightly confusing information on Expedia when booking re spa access as it conflicts with some of the information on the website but wasn't a problem on arrival at the hotel.
