B&B in Municipality of Hillegom

"The location was great! Close to all major attractions, Anne Frank house, museums, etc. Even though you are right in the city, the location is very quiet at night. Only caution I would provide is regarding steep staircases to second and 3rd floor which given the age of the building, I'd consider the norm. However, if you have mobility issues, this may not be the place for you. The staff was super responsive and communicated via text promptly."

"Excellent location, very convenient. Host ( Roy) was very friendly and communicated daily, ensuring our needs were met. Met him in person at check out, a nice way to end our stay."

"Beautiful with cozy and well appointed room, scenic walking paths and great staff...thank you!"

"Julien has a lovely home that is quiet, private, and spacious. Walking distance to restaurants and cafes, as well as public transportation. We loved staying here as it was a bit removed from the busy city center, but close enough to easily get anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend, and would stay here again!"

"Love the outdoor space! Room had everything we needed. Staff were responsive and flexible. Kitchen space was nice to have as well. Only thing was the stairs are steep and it’s on the third floor. Not great if you are a heavy packer. Location was amazing and the room was surprisingly quiet at night."

"Excellent location. Very close to nightlife, so was louder at night. This is more of a private bedroom than a hotel or bed and breakfast fyi. The host is very friendly and helpful!!"

"Great location and easy check in."

"An exceptional hotel - spotless, very comfortable, friendly, amazing breakfast and access to tea and coffee all day in the lovely breakfast room (with a view), plus walking distance to everything as it’s right in the old town - perfect."

"Great place to visit "

"Red Ox was the perfect location for enjoying all of Amsterdam. Our room was very clean and the host was kind and easy to communicate with."

"This is a reasonably nice B&B in a residential area not too far from the train station. Host shared check-in information and greeted us when we arrived. Dining and shopping options are nearby. The breakfast is at a little cafe nearby. While we enjoyed the stay the wood floors are a bit creaky and some rugs might help. Also, while the breakfast was very good and plentiful (boiled egg, juice, coffee, yogurt and croissant) as we stayed 5 nights it would be nice if some variation was offered."

"Good location and unique place "
