We chose the hotel because I’ve stayed there before and I loved it and the location is so convenient, BUT this time around, it was even better. The staff was nothing less than amazing. Every single encounter we had was incredible. They were all so sweet and helpful. And they helped me surprise my boyfriend for his birthday which I am eternally grateful for. "I absolutely loved the look inside and out of this hotel. Had a nice charm to it. The way the rooms are layed out across the floor means you have one room across from you and not long hallways where noise can travel. You can actually open the windows in the rooms a decent amount. 2nd and 42nd is considerably quieter then grand central or anything near times square/fifth Avenue midtown or penn station, but still very walkable to those locations. Cannot recommend enough "

"Great check in experience. Location is amazing. Rooms were tired. Bathroom sink clogged. Toilet pipe pulling away from wall . Had to request new hairdryer as the one in the room only blew cold air. "
