"The Library Room that offered 24/7 coffee, water, sodas & snacks was a nice quiet place to come to hang out and relax. It’d be very nice to have some comfortable reading chairs and reading lamps in at least some portion of this large room - make it more like a real reading room. Biggest negative was not being able to get access to the rooftop bar on a number of occasions because of private events and/or being totally reserved. As the hotel bar, it seems inappropriate & was very disappointing...

This hotel was located perfectly where most locations were walkable and if you needed to go anywhere in the city Grand Central Terminal Station is 3 blocks away and the whole city is yours from there. Easy navigation and from the people working at the hotel to the people on the street anybody can assist you! "My family and I got stuck in the elevator for couple of hours during our stay at the Westin NYC. The staff was very friendly and compensated our stay after the elevator ordeal. Overall, the hotel is very clean and great location."

"After paying typical NY prices (read: "high") for the rental, and then the service's fee on top of that, the renter tacked on an additional $96 "cleaning fee" at the conclusion of the rental--as if changing the sheets and towels costs $96! The place was otherwise left in cleaner condition than it was found, so hard to see what that "extra" fee went towards--and why it was tacked on later, instead of part of the entire rental fee."

"The room was spacious and quiet with a very comfortable bed and nice seating area. There was no place however to put anything like a bathroom kit in the bathroom; no face cloths supplied and no cup or glass in the room. Minor points but still things one might expect for the price charged."
