This hotel was located perfectly where most locations were walkable and if you needed to go anywhere in the city Grand Central Terminal Station is 3 blocks away and the whole city is yours from there. Easy navigation and from the people working at the hotel to the people on the street anybody can assist you! It’d be very nice to have some comfortable reading chairs and reading lamps in at least some portion of this large room - make it more like a real reading room. Biggest negative was not being able to get access to the rooftop bar on a number of occasions because of private events and/or being totally reserved. As the hotel bar, it seems inappropriate & was very disappointing...
