The staff went above and beyond to assist us with transportation needs, and they patiently answered all our questions. The room was clean, and the body wash, shampoo, and conditioner smell really nice. We definitely recommend staying at the Koreana. "

"Great mid price hotel,excellent location with cafes and restaurants and local supermarkets.I had a double room deluxe.Problem with the ac as it was set on heat so could not change to cool but did provide a fan.Overall great location and customer service.Walking to main palace and subway stations.Did not have the breakfast so cannot comment."

"Great location. Conveniently located near the subway system. Plenty of food and shopping options across the street. Only down side was they only had one washing machine / dryer. So long lines and wait time to do any laundry. Would be great if they could add another set. Would stay here again. "
