"Even though the hotel is slightly away from the metro station, it is still very walkable—and honestly worth it for the experience. Special thanks to Helena Park, who went above and beyond to assist me with a request before I even arrived. That thoughtful gesture alone made me feel like a truly valued guest and it set the tone for the entire stay. I was very grateful for the assistance and at first, I thought that it was just one particular staff who was nice. However, all the staff that I have encountered during my stay were friendly, welcoming and always ready to help where they could. Their excellent service truly stood out and made me feel at ease. The accommodation itself was great too—comfortable beds, clean rooms and good amenities. It has made my family’s first visit to Korea a happy and memorable one and I am so glad I found this hotel. "Staff are welcoming enough. Location is good and is very close to the subway. Hotel is about a 15 min walk to the myeongdong shopping district. Room is relatively clean and covers the basics but no clothing iron in the room. Found an old pair of socks in the cabinet. There is the inhouse laundry room that has 2 washers, 2 dryers, and 2 clothing irons and boards. Detergent and dryer sheets are available in the vending machine in the laundry room. Payment via cc. Stay is 4/5."
