Room was well decorated but needed some TLC and maintenance- I can imagine that due to great facilities and service that the hotel is often full with little time to decorate etc Food portions great - kids meals were massive Strange to pay for parking when you are essentially on a service park where parking wouldn’t be abused due to location? "Excellent trip. Staff were all friendly and chatty. A couple of niggles, but nothing that affected our stay. We will be back again and will stay here again to visit our daughter. Special mention to Dave, the Head concierge who we chatted to each day and was really helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. "
