"Great place for a large group or family. Bus stop is right outside, convenience store one bus stop away. It is further away from the touristy areas, but that was what we wanted. Private indoor/outdoor onsen is a plus. They provide all the basics needed for everyday hygiene, and cooking. We definitely enjoyed our stay. "

"I stayed at the hotel only for sleep. I even have a chance to enjoy "onsen" because of my limited time. I didn't have an opportunity to talk with the staff very much because I arrived there after 10 P.M. The parking was large enough and well arranged, so I could easily put my vehicle. The dormitory type room was clean and the bed was comfortable. There is always the potential problem because of the room type... snoring and chatting by other guests in the nighttime were somewhat bothering, However, over all, my experience was good."

They have a fully stocked kitchen with a rice cooker, oven, hot water kettle, coffee maker, stove, pans, plates, cups etc. The outdoor balcony has an electric grill. There is a spring water bath that can fit 2. This place would be even more amazing in the autumn when the Susuki grass fields are visible. Lawson about 2 min walk away and FamilyMart about 15 mins walk. "

"The bottom floor with the sauna, onsen and showers was incredible. There was a staff only door which was a little concerning near the bedrooms (which do not have a lock) but my group did not have any issues during our stay. The check in was a little troubling, we get there at night."

"The facility is absolutely gorgeous. The staff was very helpful and polite. The room was a lot bigger than we expected. We had our first Onsen experience here and everything was just so clean and thoughtfully put together. The ambiance of Hakone Fuga in general made us feel welcome and relaxed. The location is only a short taxi ride from the Togendai stop at the Hakone Ropeway. I’ll gladly be coming back here. "
