The hotel is an excellent value for your money and the rooms, in-house restaurant and other services are of very high quality. The only caveat is that it is located a bit outside the city on a busy highway bypass. Although the rooms themselves were quiet, the area around is very busy and not very walkable or have other eating options etc nearby. Getting taxis at short notice is also a problem. The front desk can, however, arrange transportation if notified in advance.

Had an excellent stay. Clean cozy modern rooms. Excellent shower. Friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. GREAT BREAKFAST. Please keep up the good work and stay on top of your hotel! Only negative thing is that one night a terrible odor permeated my room via the AC. This is on the second floor and it’s happened before during a previous stay. So something is definitely wrong and needs to be investigated to find what is causing that smell. Smelled like sewage. I had to turn the AC off to...

Breakfast was good had lots of choices for the whole family . Greet stay .

Hotel is great and close to city’s shop good access to HWY. The restaurant service is pretty slow.

Staff was very responsive

Staff were extremely helpful and understanding. Place was very clean. Thought it is slightly expensive but throughly enjoyed our stay.

Breakfast had variety of food was excellent. Their chefs omelettes were excellent. Staff was very respectful. Sachin, Jasveer and Aruna were very respectful and caring.

Property is extremely good considering it is in Ludhiana. The breakfast is excellent and the staff is unbelievably good. It is the only place I would stay in Ludhiana. It is the only place that lives up to international standards.
