"It took a bit to find our unit, but we reached out to Crystal through text a.d get help. In addition, a coupled of "residents" help find out unit. Key lockbox was a bit tricky. Upon entering unit was Clean, updated,and had all we needed for the trip. We really just had to pack our clothes! 3rd night into our trip we had a broken garbage disposal and closet door, But we contacted Crystal via text and it was replaced/repaired next day while we were out. Last night in the unit, we had bugs come...
