"Gorgeous space, bakery, amenities, lovely beds and pillows plus wonderful staff!"

"We had to leave early due to snow storm effecting flights but I wish we could’ve stayed longer and more days. The staff were so nice, always saying hi and bye when entering or leaving. It was clean, and had many amenities, even a place to warm up food. I will be staying here next time when coming back. It was perfect 6-7 minute walk to the station and close to a family mart and dotonbori "

"Very close to USJ & the citywalk area. Clean rooms, staffs were friendly and helpful during check-in/out. Amenities were good - beside the usual bathroom amenities, water dispenser, microwave on every floor, coin laundry, currency exchange machine. The daily free simple cafe beverages were good too."
