"Staff was great! And excellent location. The room and property overall needs improvement. Exterior enterances (other than main enterance) are unwelcoming. Carpets were warn and soiled, shower temp was hard to adjust and drain was very slow...water backed up into tub which was unpleasant 😞"

"The hotel was beautiful and the pool was great. Unfortunately the staff seemed miserable. Barely smiled or looked at me through check in. Also, coffee bar wasn’t replenished so didn’t get any coffee on my second morning. Not the best experience when you are expecting a nicer hotel. Also, a breakfast buffet was advertised but non existent, only a bar style restaurant near the lobby."

"Check in was slow as the in training staff was helping a young child get a room key and it would be under one of two names, he also wanted to know how many keys this child wanted!! When he got to helping me i needed to show id and a credi card, he had no maps to give us as they had none. He should not have given a child a key to any room, no parent was with the child!!"

"We loved our stay. I didn't realize I had booked in West Kelowna and was a little disappointed when I saw the location. The property is very clean. Staff is helpful. Breakfast was fresh and the kids enjoyed it. The pool was a hit as well. We would definitely stay again. "
