Not terrible, but not great for the price

The property is very spacious, with room for a large group. The beds are comfortable & clean. However, the condition/cleanliness of the house could use some time and investment. The house is not a bad choice, but there are better kept alternatives for the same price in the area.

When I arrive to get the home ready for my family with my husband to is disabled and a car full I walked into the home and it was filthy. The furniture was soiled had so many stains that I wanted sheets and blankets to cover it there was one chair there were no dressers and two of the rooms the TVs were so small in some of the rooms you could see them. The pictures online in the virtual tour nothing like the house is the beds were comfortable. The house was so dirty and they did respond and send one cleaner. While I was there she seem to do OK the refrigerator was filthy and she was cleaning the kitchen she assured me that the house would be perfect. We had a wedding event to attend I wasn’t even to the stoplight when I saw her leaving and I had tipped her. We never got our extra towels I had to do laundry every night. The air conditioner went out. We missed a golf cart tour so I could clean the house and they didn’t even offer to refund that they did refund the cleaning fee at least they said they would. I haven’t checked our bank statement yet it hasn’t come. I was so diligent, I did my due diligence I made calls I made sure the house would be absolutely perfect because we have three terminally ill family members that are immune compromised they assured me that CDC guidelines would be followed. This was my first Vrbo experience and it will absolutely be my last I would suggest you never use a Vrbo home managed by this company nothing is accurate there were no chairs in the rooms one room didn’t even have a place to put your your dresser or your clothes it was it was just I was so disappointed. They said they were going to credit the cleaning fee back, time will tell as I haven’t gotten my bank statement. We had come two days early to set up the house and then take one day to do sightseeing I had spent over $500 on tours and golf carts because my husbands disabled they didn’t care it didn’t matter to them I don’t have that kind of money. I’m angry because as they sent a cleaner out they didn’t do what they said they were going to do if you walk on the floors without socks your feet are black if you walk with socks your feet are even more your socks at least or even more stained. I had to do laundry with bleach every night to clean the towels because they never brought anymore they don’t bring anything adequate for the number of people that are in your house that you have reported that her staying there I open the refrigerator to put the gro
