"While the room was clean and the hot springs were wonderful.. there was a lot left to be desired in the staff. While friendly on the surface, a lot of grumbling under their breath. It was unfortunate that the 13+ rules were never enforced.. allowing little kids there. The infinity pool and cascading pools were wonderful!"

"Not a lot of hotel choices in Buena Vista, but this one worked for us. Travelers need to be aware that check-in is at 4 PM and they won't check you in early without paying $50, even if the room was ready. The free breakfast was one of the best we have ever encountered. Not just your typical bagels, packaged pastries and yogurt. They had hot food, fresh fruit, pancake-making machine, etc. And the dining room attendant was very on top of things, greeting people and keeping things clean and refilled. The room and property were nice, the bed was comfortable and staff friendly."

"The staff is very welcoming and helpful. (We couldn’t figure out the tv. And we didn’t hesitate to ask because he was so nice. Forgive me for not knowing his name.) The room had fun decor. Modern but not fussy. The bed was comfortable. It was quiet. Coffee and good pastries in the morning. We’d stay there again! R&H"
