They were always on hand to provide assistance readily and answer my inquiries. The rooms were also very well-cleaned and the cleaning staff also greet guests with a cheerful disposition. The only downside perhaps was I felt the indoor bath temperature was a bit too hot for me."

"This is a Japanese style hotel in Taipei. We stayed here for one night before heading to Japan Kyoto. So from hotel experience standpoint, we had a head start. Though there is a shower and tub, it is Japanese style bathroom. Very Clean but different from those in the states. Bed is comfortable. Staff is friendly. Didn’t stay here for their breakfast since there are so many great food we want to eat in Taipei for our one day layover."

It is a little pricey, but they do provide a discount for hotel guests, which helps. The staff were very friendly, helpful, and made the stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would gladly stay here again."
