Στα θετικά : Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε ήσυχη περιοχή, κοντά στο κέντρο και έχει χώρο στάθμευσης, Προσφέρει άνετη διαμονή για 4 άτομα όπως είμασταν εμείς. Στα αρνητικά : α) Δέχονται check in στις 18:00 β) δε γίνεται καθαρισμός του χώρου κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής, ούτε αλλαγή πετσετών και σεντονιών. Αυτό έπρεπε να το γνωστοποιούν πριν την κράτηση και όχι μετά! Όταν η διαμονή είναι για 2-3 ημέρες δεν είναι σημαντικό αυτό, όμως εμείς μείναμε 10 ημέρες και ήταν δυσάρεστο. γ) το διαμέρισμα είναι ημιυπόγειο στην είσοδο και ισόγειο στο πίσω μέρος στα υπνοδωμάτια. δ) η θέα από το διαμέρισμα στην είσοδο ήταν τα σκαλοπάτια και στα υπνοδωμάτια μια στέρνα με νερό του διπλανού οικοπέδου και κάπου ανάμεσα στα δέντρα η κορυφή του κάστρου της χώρας.
