Disappointing
Even though we booked last minute I was extremelh disappointed on how this property is maintained . property lacks character and is really dated. room is small. tv is from the stone age and after trying two different tvs finally Jerome ( great staff) got one to work. The chairs outside the room were rusty and old. the bed was uncomfortable. The property has great potential but needs someone with a vision to manage it in the 21st century.

Smell and condition of room was horrible!!!
The room smelled horrible- she tried to spray air freshener at check in to disguise it, no hot water, the shower curtain ripped off, I had to lay down something to even sit on the bed, and so much more. I even left 2 days early because it was so disgusting and they would not give me my money back, they told me I could have a resort credit- if I left because it was nasty why would I want to come back and stay. I forgot to mention that the power outlet also fried my computer and I had to buy a new one ($1300)!!! Do not let this be your Jamaica experience!!! And way overpriced for the disgusting rooms.
