Black Barn Escape will be presented with beds made, ready for your stay.

• All utilities, linens & towels, use of all listed property amenities, pantry & sanitary basics, departure linen service & standard housekeeping up to 4.5 hours will be included in your booking.

• Extra charges will apply where additional cleaning, BBQ or oven cleaning or excessive rubbish disposal is required.

• No party or venue use. No Smoking. No pets. Please see our General Terms & Conditions for full details.

• Apartment - Please note that Bedroom 4 is a separate apartment within the main structure of the house. This room provides a Queen Bed, Kitchenette, Ensuite and has external access from the main house as well as the parking area.

• Fall hazard - Please note the retaining wall along the rear property is greater than 1m in height and does not have a railing. Please do not allow children to roam above the wall.

• Spa Pool use - Use of the spa is not permitted after 10pm due to local regulations & the proximity of neighbouring properties that may be affected by noise.

• Stairs - This home has stairs so care is required if you have small children.

• Security camera - One external security camera monitors the entranceway and steps from the garage.



⭐️ Check-in is possible anytime after 3pm.

Early check-in (1pm and in some cases earlier) can usually be offered for an additional charge. Please request this at the time of booking or at least 24 hours prior to your arrival.



⭐️ Check-out is to be completed by 10am on your day of departure unless ‘Late check-out’ has been purchased.
