We contacted the hotel and it had been turned in!!! They allowed our aunt to stop by and pick up the phone for us because we had made it back to Ga. We truly appreciate the hospitality and great customer service not to mention the empathy shown while speaking to the staff over the phone. The stay was amazing and we will stay again in the future…"
