"Room wasn't ready when we arrived at 5:00 pm. Had to wait 15 minutes for it to be available, we were given a drink voucher to wait in the bar. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy, air conditioning or a fan available. There were no batteries in the TV remote control. The parking was included and when we wanted to stay in the car park for a few hours after checkout our parking was validated so it didn't cost anything."
