This property was amazing, I couldn’t think of a better place to stay when in the Liverpool area. The staff was first class, accommodations were perfect, the food was excellent. I have zero complaints, and nothing but kudos for everyone!! Thank you for making my stay perfect!

Excellent stay as always, particularly for the Everton home games. could not be better located. Would like a little leeway on the 11am strict checkout time, but understand the need to turn the rooms over when busy. Front desk staff are great, always welcoming and all other staff are always available to help with any requests.

Room is new and clean

The Manor still retains the features of the original building. The furnishings are rich in colour and beautifully coordinated. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and curtious. The standard of food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent. The room was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. I shall certainly be back!

Me gustó que es un lugar moderno, de fácil acceso, con ascensor, cerca a todas las amenidades, muy limpio, con suficiente espacio, el personal eficiente.

This hotel is located in a great location. Very close to Albert Docks, The Beatles Story, The Magical Mystery Tour, Cavern Club, shopping streets. I would happily stay here again.

Not aware I received VIP service unless it was the robes & slippers, unexpected surprise.
