"The apartment we stayed in was beautiful. We loved the decor and the apartment was so clean. The kitchen was well equipped. Onsite parking was a big bonus. It was a short walk to Bowness pier with plenty of shops and places to eat on the way. Excellent communication with the host. We would certainly recommend a stay here. We will certainly be returning. "

"All the facilities are great, decorated beautifully, very comfy bed, nice shower. The information and communication was great with easy check in to the property.The location was really good as it was very near to shops and places of interest but far enough away to avoid noise from bars and traffic. It was right by a sainsburys which was really handy. Will stay again!"

"Loved our stay. Our first family trip away with our 10 week old baby and even she loved it. We had everything we needed at our finger tips. The only slight downfall was the Wi-Fi connection. It was quite hard to connect to and very slow. Being in an area with poor reception for data, the Wi-Fi was definitely needed but we both struggled to get any use out of it. Amazing place though, would recommend. "

"This is a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment located in the centre of Grasmere. Everything was as described online and the host was very responsive and helpful. "The property was tucked off the main street with parking outside. Inside was spotlessly clean with fresh linen and towels. There was a keybox outside and this was easy enough to use and obtain the key. The only things not provided was a tea towel to dry dishes before we left and onlyv2 tumblers and one wine glass. Msybe an inventory to replace items that have been damaged or broken. We were only there one night but Egremont has a few pubs, restuarants, takeaways and a fairly large co-op store...

"Beautiful house, has everything you need but no walk in shower, but have relaxing baths. Easy drive to major attractions and walks. We traveled with our dogs, so would have liked to have been able to go on walks straight from the house, but unable to due to main road with no path. There is a walk just a couple of minutes drive away."

"I might have misread the blurb, was expecting a kitchenette and a full size fridge so was surprised to find just a kettle and mini fridge. My room was one of the tiny ones which was expected, room was clean as was shower & toilet. Bed was a single but comfy, slept like a baby although the 14 miles walked helped! Nice pub next door with quiz on Thursdays! Overall good value, and help only a phone call away. Good location on a quiet road midway between Windermere and Bowness"
