"Customer service has an attitude, first room had hairs on the bed and stains and smelled like dirty mop and cigarette . I was given another room and the 2nd one had hairs on the bed and eye lashes on the seat . Supposedly said remodeled yeah they are are but not maintained "

"The Sahara property itself is attractive and well maintained; however, my experience with the staff was disappointing. Despite the front desk team’s apparent efforts, both the check-in and check-out processes were unnecessarily complicated. I was also double-charged for the second portion of my stay.In addition, the pool attendants attempted to overcharge for daybeds by misrepresenting the minimum spend. Due to the multiple card authorizations and the front desk’s inability to resolve the billing issues, I am hesitant to stay here again. As it stands, I appear to be out $148 USD. "

"Did not eat breakfest ,staff was very friendly, room was very big the only thing id have to say was bad was the room was very dusrty the tables the dressers and cabinets. Other then that id say i had a nice stay thank you plaza hotel."

"The hot tub didn't have water in it, and was not clean so unfortunately we didn't get to use it :( But the property was beautiful!! And the location to old Vegas and the strip was amazing!! Perfect for what we needed for a cousin girls trip to Vegas :)"
