Marais Gem - Monthly Historic Getaways

Lovingly renovated 1852 historic home steps to the French Quarter. With a new central air/heat system, hardwood floors, 13' ceilings, new memory foam mattress, and ample closet and work space, this place is an incredible place to spend a month or more. Walking distance to the all the best downtown bars and restaurants and two blocks from the Rampart Streetcar.

Recently renovated, everything is crisp and new. Super cozy with all the comforts of home. Original hardwoods and moldings makes this the perfect place to call home while in NOLA.

One block off beautiful Esplanade Ave, great sightseeing and local eateries and coffee shops. Quiet little area close enough to walk to Frenchmen and the French Quarter but far enough from the noise. You are sure to get your fill of culture and things-to-do!

Wonderful Marais stay

Thank u Soo much for everything g going extra mile with turf for Burt, cotton sheets & mislisted bath, & leak discounting! We really enjoyed the unit, neighbors & hope to return to rent from u...if not next year, then 2027!Also, FYI, I have a 2br 2bath beach condo, Ocean view in Playa del Carmen if ur ever interested!?I heard you opened one in Oaxaca Id love to check out too!Best, Dana and Burt Reynolds
