"Free popcorn available most of the time (kind of heavy on the salt though). Breakfast was good. The waffles were great but a sign with instructions would be suggested. Towels weren't very soft so bringing towels from home is advised. Sauna, hot tub and pool were nice (plus it's adults only after 10 pm)."

"Very convenient to Newberry and sights we wanted to see. Located VERY near a train track that wasn't too active. The cabin was very clean & comfortable. Although if you are scent sensitive it wouldn't be good. My allergies were really bothered by something in the cabin. Again, very neat & comfortable though.Felt quite rustic, road was busy with random traffic to the river. Bath & kitchen were very well stocked. Coffee maker was a real plus as was the nice refrigerator. Water pressure was great and plenty of hot water available.Fire wood was available for the pit."

"The bed was comfortable and the sheets soft. Everything was clean but quite a bit was worn or dingy. Washcloths with makeup stains, laundry detergent stain on the bed sheets, pretty awful overhead lighting, etc. The location is great and the ability to control the temp in both the living and sleeping areas was perfect! It’s quiet, roomy, and comfortable, so I’d absolutely stay here again. It’s not fancy, but it’s good."

"The house was all we expected and more! The property was clean and the lake and dock were fabulous. We were able to get our car trailer down without any trouble thanks to a nice turn around spot half way. The house was very clean and contained all the necessary items for a week stay. We will be back again and would recommend Kim's property for sure."
