"I stayed there for four nights. I barely spoke to any employees besides when I was checking in and when I was checking out. The room was nice, decently sized. The bedrooms they use make a random banging sound whenever you're trying to sit on the bed or shift when laying down so that was a bit noisy. You can easily hear your neighbors. So you don't have any plastic lining in the shower so I wasn't sure if they wanted there cloth shower curtain inside the tub or outside the tub, and the body wash was supposed to be provided was completely empty. And then they only have a conditioning shampoo which you had to press very hard to get. I like the desk and the chair that was in the room. It was clean and nobody mess with my stuff when I was gone. I did notice that a lot of people like to sit outside so they might want to look into getting outside benches they have the room for it. It's not too far from a restaurant or a 7/11. It looks slightly sketchy from the outside but honestly it wasn't too bad. It was easy for my Lyft drivers to come and find me as well as my doordash drivers too."

"Very comfortable stay, hotel is centrally located with easy drives to Salem and area. Front desk staff were friendly but most impressed with my room and the common areas of the hotel - very clean and to that point, I don’t think I’ve ever seen a housekeepers cart as clean and organized as the ones at this hotel. Bar staff could be friendlier and top shelf liquor prices are on the high side. Would stay here again."

She was very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. Her excellent customer service made my stay even more enjoyable.
