"Location is great, has good parking. The bed was comfortable. Light, but plenty on the breakfast. Easy to reach the host for help. Beware if you have large bags as you will be walking upstairs."

"Dinner at Ambrose was world class. Owners/staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. Property was a beautifully reastored 1809 home, furnished with period furniture. Very comfortable stay and conveniently located"

Stroll along Salisbury Beach's sandy shores, where summer concerts and fireworks light up the boardwalk. Nearby, history buffs can explore Newburyport's charming downtown or take a wildlife cruise to spot whales off the coast.
Great location, walking distance to everything. Allows us a zero stress gateway with off street parking, three room suites, common areas for socializing and private area with the fireplace. We bring extra duraflame logs.

I absolutely LOVED staying here! My room was wonderful. I had THE BEST nights sleep! The bed was awesome. The innkeepers are wonderful and tremendously accommodating. The ‘continental breakfast’ was way more extensive. So very nice. And the location is in the heart of Newburyport, making it easy to walk everywhere. This area is so very lovely and I’m grateful I discovered this Inn! I hope to return again someday! I highly recommend Clark Currier Inn.

Then a few months later in that fall of 2013, when I was looking 4 some rest and relaxation, we made our first reservation. Fast forward 3 years, and I am still staying there and making future reservations. We’ve been there for random getaway weekends; for their art shows; for holidays; just to escape the heat; and for the opening of Otis restaurant. A group of us have booked a couple of rooms for a...

Our stay was wonderful. The location was great - walking distance to the waterfront, main shops and attractions. The room was beautiful and comfortable. Breakfast automatically delivered to our room every morning was a real treat. We would stay there again and recommend it to all travelers.
