"The hotel is nice and clean, the rooms seem to be sound proof with good black out curtains. We were on the 24 th floor and had a great view of the falls and fireworks . The location was good for our needs. The staff were friendly and helpful."

"Room could use some upgrade (no microwave). Hallways are very dated, with tape holding down the edges of carpet all along the hallway. Vending machines would be good. “Tuck shop” way too expensive. However, shout out to CoJo at the registration desk. Lovely lady, great representative for your hotel."

"Maybe it’s the culture but I asked if I could do a late checkout as I had a work meeting online at 11am and the front desk lady said no - we’re fully booked. Not - hey we’re fully booked but maybe you could do X or how long would you need or at least try to help."

"First I would like to thank the lady who worked the night shift on Mon. Oct. 5, 2026. I checked out the hotel at 3am . She secured me a uber ride and kept me company until the ride came. I hate I forgot her name but she was extremely nice and helpful. Clean room and hotel.i will stay at the hotel again."
