As always the service was awesome. I arrived extremely early (10:30 am) asked if i could get an eatly check in. Well she didn't have a room at that time understandable but she called housekeeping and they got my room ready and i was able to check in by 12:30 pm.

I grew up in the area but had never been to the inn before. The room was nice, simple, very clean. The bed was comfortable for me and my teenaged daughter. The grounds are pretty. There was a pool which looked very nice but we didn't have time to enjoy it. My only (MINOR) dislike was that it would have been nice to have a no service needed magnet or sign to put on the door. The hotel and breakfast were good; the service was exceptional! They went above and beyond to help me. I needed a windshield wiper replaced and could not do it myself; the person happily came out and assisted me. This was much needed as the dreary weather would have been treacherous without properly working wipers.

I loved the comfort inn staff was friendly breakfast was hot and good everywhere was clean and was not dirty the rooms were clean not dirty they smelled fresh walking into them I would remand anyone to stay here .

Loved this hotel find right by the lower river. It was quaint with a nice vibe in the main lobby that had a bar and tables outside to enjoy the view.

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at the hotel. We travel to Buffalo often, family and our daughter is in college there. We have stayed in many hotels in the area but none were as charming, beautifully designed, clean, and had a staff that was available for anything you needed. We loved this hotel! 10 minutes from the airport with a free shuttle (although we could only use it one way because of the hours). The staff were all so friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast variety was nice. The sausage could have been cooked a little better and we would have preferred individual yogurts over the bowl.

This is a beautiful hotel. Our king suite was so very nice. Having a top rated restaurant right there was amazing and the breakfast next morning was delicious and well stocked. I can't wait to visit again and take some other family members. My husband said he would drive the 3 hours from where we live just to stay at the hotel and dine at Russells. Staff was all very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was nice. Grateful for the laundry options after staying a few extra days with kids. Great value for the affordability!

The room was very clean. All of the staff was very friendly. I enjoyed the pancakes for breakfast.

This hotel is within walking distance from the falls, but also just enough out of the crowd to let you have a peaceful stay. Excellent breakfast, helpful staff and easy parking on site. We left our car in the lot and just walked all thru the trip.

The area around the hotel seemed a bit creepy. Plus it was a long secluded walk from the parking garage age to the hotel.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast was as expected. They have space for a bar but it never opened. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Convenient to town.

This hotel is spacious, clean, reasonably priced, conveniently located and has everything you need! The pool is clean and staff is friendly and attentive. Great value
